The editor of this website is ALHER TECH, S.L. (NIF B05747316), which operates under the commercial brand «Alher Tech». It informs users that this site uses cookies and/or similar technologies that store and retrieve information when you browse. What are cookies?

First-party and third-party cookies

Types of cookies we use

We classify cookies according to the entity that manages them and the purpose for which they are used:

Technical cookies

Strictly required for the basic functioning of the site. They allow the website to remember your cookie preferences and your language choice. They do not require consent because without them the site cannot work properly.

Analytics cookies

Allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us know which pages are the most and least popular and how visitors move around the site. They are used by Google Analytics and by our own analytics, which includes session recording (explained in our Privacy Policy). They are only loaded if you accept them.

Advertising cookies

Used to track the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Google and on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and to show ALHER TECH ads to people who have visited the website. They are only loaded if you accept them.

Profiling

We do not perform user profiling through our own cookies. Some third-party providers whose cookies you may accept (such as Google or Meta) may carry out profiling for advertising purposes based on your browsing habits; you can consult and configure those treatments through the privacy settings of each provider.

Retention period

We distinguish two types of cookies by duration: (i) session cookies, which remain in your browser's cookie file only until you close the site and are not stored on your device's hard drive; and (ii) persistent cookies, stored on your device with a defined expiration date. Your consent is valid for a maximum of 24 months; after this period we will ask for your consent again. You can also withdraw it at any time using the configuration panel.

Cloudflare, which serves the website, also counts visits without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics).

International data transfers

Some third-party providers (Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., Cloudflare Inc.) are located in the United States, a country recognized by the European Commission as having an adequate level of data protection (Adequacy Decision of 10 July 2023, EU–US Data Privacy Framework). For other transfers, the providers offer Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission as a guarantee mechanism.
