Custom Software Development for Manufacturing

Software that talks to your machines and your operators: MES, OEE and predictive maintenance, integrated with your ERP, your PLCs and your shop-floor reality.

What Manufacturing Software Delivers

How We Build Your Manufacturing Software

  1. Plant Walk-Through: Two days on the floor with line leaders, maintenance and quality. We map every station, manual log, paper traveler and Excel that keeps things running.
  2. Connectivity Audit: What PLCs we have, what protocols (OPC UA, Modbus TCP, MQTT, proprietary), where the gaps are. Output: a connectivity map and a gateway plan for the dark machines.
  3. OEE-First MVP: OEE on one line in 8-10 weeks: operators see live metrics, supervisors see shift summaries, plant manager sees the trend. That single dashboard tends to fund the rest of the rollout.
  4. MES Module Layered On: Work orders, routings, BOM consumption, scrap tracking, added line by line. Each line we add learns from the previous one, so deployment accelerates.
  5. Predictive Maintenance Pilot: Choose one critical machine. We instrument it, build the anomaly model with your maintenance team, and prove the avoided downtime in € before scaling.
  6. Plant-Wide Rollout + Ops Handover: Once the patterns are stable, we ramp coverage to all lines and hand over runbooks and on-call. Long-term you can run it with your IT team or stay on a maintenance retainer.

High-performance stack used by global leaders

React/Next.js/Angular on the frontend and Java 21 + Spring Boot + PostgreSQL 14 on the backend: the same stack that BBVA, ING, and Netflix use for their security and performance.

Manufacturing Software: FAQ

How much does manufacturing software cost?

A focused OEE + light MES on one line is €60,000-€120,000. Plant-wide MES with predictive maintenance and ERP integration runs €180,000-€500,000. Multi-plant rollouts with consolidated reporting reach €600,000+.

How long does implementation take?

First OEE dashboard live in 8-10 weeks. Full MES on one line in 4-6 months. Plant-wide rollout including predictive maintenance in 9-15 months.

Are you familiar with Industry 4.0 standards (OPC UA, MQTT)?

Yes. OPC UA for modern PLCs (Siemens S7-1500, Beckhoff TwinCAT, Allen-Bradley CompactLogix), Modbus TCP for older equipment, MQTT for IIoT gateways, and ISA-95 for the data model. We also bridge proprietary protocols when no alternative exists.

Can you integrate with our SAP / Oracle / Dynamics ERP?

Yes. SAP via IDoc, BAPI, RFC or S/4 OData; Oracle via REST or SOAP; Dynamics via Power Platform connectors or direct APIs. We've also wired into Odoo, Holded and proprietary ERPs. Your IT team is part of the integration discovery.

How do you handle quality and traceability?

In-line and end-of-line inspections with pass/fail criteria, statistical process control charts, lot/serial propagation through raw materials, WIP and finished goods, and recall reports per ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (automotive) or FDA 21 CFR Part 11 (regulated industries).

What about cybersecurity for OT networks?

OT/IT segmentation with explicit data diodes, signed firmware on edge gateways, IEC 62443 alignment, and pen-tested integration points. We also follow NIS2 directive obligations for the affected sectors in the EU.

Can it run with intermittent connectivity?

Yes. Edge gateways buffer up to 30 days of telemetry locally and reconcile when the link returns. Operator terminals queue work confirmations offline and sync without conflict. Plants in remote locations are a normal use case.

Do you work with clients globally?

Yes. We work fully remote with clients across Spain, Europe, the US and LATAM. Time zones, video calls and live demos at every milestone.
