What detections can you train?
PPE (helmets, vests, gloves), posture and ergonomics, intrusions in restricted zones, vehicle type and plate recognition, footfall and heatmaps, food waste and plate analysis, product-on-shelf detection, queue length, loitering, falls and accidents, open-safe detection, and custom classes specific to your operation.
Do I need special cameras?
No. Any modern IP camera with an RTSP stream works. We've deployed on Hikvision, Axis, Dahua, Reolink and cheap generic brands. What matters is lens placement and lighting, which we audit on site.
Is the video sent to the cloud?
Not unless you want it to. We run the analysis on the device itself (a Jetson Orin by the NVR) or on a GPU server in your office. Only detection metadata and short clips of flagged events leave the building, and only if you choose to receive them remotely.
How much does it cost?
It scales with the number of sites, the number of trained detections and the hardware each site needs, which is exactly why we audit on site before quoting. The audit gives you a detailed written number instead of a range that would not survive contact with your plant.
What about GDPR and employee privacy?
We follow GDPR strictly, data-minimization, on-edge processing, no face recognition unless explicitly contracted, proper signage, DPIA support and configurable retention. For employee-monitoring use cases we advise aggregate-only metrics (no individual tracking).
