Does the AI work for sales or just rentals?
Both. For sales the flow shifts from "qualify tenant and collect payroll" to "qualify buyer intent, budget and financing status, then book a viewing". Same architecture, different questions.
Can it handle multiple languages on the same lead?
Yes. The AI detects language on the first message and continues in that language. Common in coastal markets, where a lead might arrive in English and switch to Spanish mid-conversation.
How does it compare to generic portal chatbots?
Generic chatbots give scripted replies and drop off after the 3rd message. Our AI actually qualifies, collects documents, scores and books the viewing. It replaces the first 20-30 minutes a human agent would spend per lead.
Do you use a specific real-estate CRM?
We don't force one. Our preferred setup is a custom-coded pipeline layer on your cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) with exactly the fields and stages your agency uses. If you already run an existing CRM, we integrate via its API or an Excel/email drop, but we never lock your core data into a rented SaaS.
